Dear all, HDB has replied to the suggestion of having alternate entrance/exit at our estate. Their reply "...We agree with you that with more residents moving into the precinct, the traffic flow in and out of the precinct will certainly increase. We are now looking into measures to address the situation, such as, explore the possibility of creating another access point for the precinct..." Hope we can have the alternate entrance/exit soon....

If they agreed with you that tiles are hollow, they may have to change for the whole block, maybe even the whole precinct, cos everybody same same. Huh? wouldn't it be weird to have parguet flooring with tiles skirting? Think changing living room and passeway are fine. If I know can change, I oso want to change. mine using 30L.

Missysg & weixiaobao: Sent photos to you liao. If you look carefully on the hinge, there is a paint chip off at the bottom near the back. Thinking back, why would the person want to tamper with my gate where I oreadi changed the hinges? Anyway, probably done in the afternoon cos I dun rem hearing anything at night when I watching Champions League.

U can still call them cos got one year warranty. I oso call them to touch up my toilet cos white cement btw tiles keeps cracking up and wash away by water leaving holes in btw.

The conservancy charge of $61 (going to have rebate again I think) is for Town Council to manage things outside your house lah... Town Council will sure press you to pay one cos not under HDB. Anyway, if u dun pay them promptly or kept delaying, they may surface your name to Court for you to answer to judge why you no pay leh... So bo hua...

U got to be careful for hollow parquet cos as you walk by, they may sunken in.
