One more problem to add... not sure is it only I experience it ... Handphone reception is quite bad staying on high floors.. especially Starhub and some Singtel mobile users.. so far I do not have issue with M1 yet...

I think it doesn't make sense to set up gantries inside an estate.. they are penalizing ppl staying in the estate from leaving home & returning home.. I used to joke with my friends that eventually we hv gantries when we exit our doorstep.. looks like it's coming true!!

Droplets, Ya lor.. now i muz warn my contractor to get more locks liao... and never leave ur lock unlock and dangling at the grill.. next thing u know will be GONE! My contractor taught us that we choosing tiles to look out for uneveness.. also based on experience.. some tiles model he has used before so the recommend us to use that.. sometimes depends on luck also.. some batches of tiles come uneven..

Folks do be careful of ur locks also... my contractor bought a lock to my place yesterday and we left the lock outside at the grill and went into the house.. when we were abt to leave we found our locks missing!! angry lor.. locks also want to stun!

Oh I asked the air-con salesman last nite this question... An inverter air-con the compressor is always running at a variable speed to maintain your room temperature if u set eg. 24deg... it will constantly be 24deg.. Non-inverter what I understand works like a themostat.. once ur room reaches 24deg u set... the compressor will stop running...once it detect that ur room temperature goes up.. the compressor will turn on again and regulate your room temperature down to 24deg... so it's like on off on off ur compressor... According to that it actually consumes more power everytime it turns on again.... For Inverter the power consumption is more efficient.... I think it really depends on your usage of air-con... Inverter is slightly more pricey.. ard $500-$700++ more than non-inverter cost but savings is on the electricity bills.... Shivan, Where you install the storage heater? Kitchen or toilet? wah should be quite big rite for 30L ?? I got 5 ppl in the family.. so might end up getting a 30L also... if not have to schedule bathing times... if everyone wants to enjoy a hot warm bath...
