Hi all, My land 300sqm has a very slight split level on the ground floor, a 40cm step up from front to back of house. The ceiling height is 3.2m at the front vs 2.8m at the back. I'm considering doing A&A and leveling the entire floor. Has anyone done this before and have an approximation of the cost? My intention is to utilize the existing structure ceiling height of 3.2m all the way on the ground floor. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
