I understand the many aircon problems and workmanship issues. But I'm unlikely to recommend Allbest. Their installation is not good enough & the materials degrade over time. Merely 3 years, I'm facing water leakage problem due to their poor workmanship. All these is going to cause lotsa hassle & dammage, not to mention money incurred for all the repairs.

Hi, I got my LED from Sim Lim Tower at level 3. Lotsa of variations to choose from. Can ask ard & compare the price. But I went on Sunday & only one shop was open. I purchased a strip of LED & a bulky 12V power adapter. They do the wire connection & soldering on spot. Can test to ensure everything ok before making payment. Mine is a simple project, fast and easy to install. Paste the strip on the pelmet & power on There is also LED spotlight & downlight available.

Hi, I did not plan to hv cove lighting during my reno & yes, it's becos of the dirt, dust & dead thingy. But I really like it & after giving much thought - went ahead to install one under a sliding door pelmet. Someone recommended using strip led. So I make a 2.7m for my pelmet. The warm light effect creates a nice ambience & brighten up the area just right. LED is a good alternative, especially for people who wants to DIY when their reno is completed

Hi, I've visited S&C. Went all the way from the west & decided to get from them. Being hunting for a pair of dining chairs & what enticed me was their price. The piece I've ordered is showcase in OM & Mr. Decor. Decor quoted me $199 & a pair for $320. I would hv gotten it cos it seems a good deal. Since my ideal piece cost $360 at Lucano for just 1. But, I thought it'll be worthwhile to give a check at S&C as recommended here. & yes indeed, I've a pleasant experience with the shop owners. Looking forward to it's arrival this month

Hi, I enquired from Hafary their range of mosaic tiles. They do sell in sheets. So u can get a few sheets of diff colors to mix & match. Ard $9 ~ $14 .. 30x30cm in size. You can use max bond & putty for DIY

Hv DIYed my own curtains & it's an effort but'll still prefer to make my own becos it's very personalised Planning to DIY a lampshade with a victorian design fabric from Spotlight .. still looking ard teardrop beadings for the end. Any idea where to get it? Getting swarovski type can be quite pricey .. guess gonna go for the fakes

Yes ... it's good to hv storage space .. at least u can hide all the barang-barangs from lying ard the house. Can be very messy & tidying job can be very tedious There's lotsa things to fill up the house .. haha, dun forget more tour trips & shopping sprees in future. Er, yah .. most ppl will find wardrobe space really limited
