Nope, BSC dun do it .. uneven grout color is not a defect. Inconsistent tiles gap do not constitute as defect too. Nevertheless, I asked but received a good "note" -.- wat can I expect after 3 yrs .. haha .. model ans isn't it KSJL, have you make appt for the opennet installation?

sound scary. Revarnish will get wrinkles on the parquet? I haven't done any revarnish yet .. still raw & original. Kept reminding the BSC parquet team to do my unit but they were too busy & can't do for me any sooner. Dun fret sis .. talk it over again & see what can be done to get it settle.

Hi graceakaclouds, not the officers or the pretty ladies in there. I find them quite helpful. My encounters with the tile supervisor was pleasant despite several hiccups. His tiler just couldn't get it right on the replacement. Becos replacing tiles old with new & the surrounding old tiles need to match in line & difficulty in balancing to meet all edges. Tough indeed. Btw, please take note of the opennet installation when you discuss your reno

wrinkles on your parquet? ohzzzz. I oso got dark grout lines in my kitchen floor. I got chipped tiles in kitchen so BSC replaced them. The new grout lines are darker .. almost black. Their tiler said can't get back the same color tone as well. I intend to do all black in tat case. Still pondering abt it.

Previously I had asked the BSC tile supervisor about our living hall tile grout -- some had staining & uneven coloring. I listed as one of the defects. He said it's like tat & no way to make good & white. The tiles had been laid 3 yrs back .. we can't expect the grout to be as good as new. True but still feel hahaha ..

Hi bluewater, your home look very cosy & complete now. The 3 headed fan is quite unique It's enjoyable to be home, right? cos everyday, "I wanna go home" feeling is so great. Just to share, The Daily Scoop @ Chipee Garden (oops .. I kept the "B") I went with my cousins ytd to chillout & they love tat place. I was there checking out my unit & visit BSC regarding the parquet defects. I meant the cleaner washed the level corridor. I saw my neighbors carpentry outside their unit & got a little wet After he sprayed water, some dirty water dripped & stayed on the door kerb. Perhaps we can take note of this & cleanup regularly if there's black watermarks at our entrance tiles.

I'll likely join u guys in April .. I was at my new place ytd & there's lotsa unloadings .. movers & furniture deliveries Yes, now I lock the gate & use the door viewer. I've yet to encounter the salesman but he may visit anytime Currently still quiet at my level .. doesn't seems anyone have moved in. Ytd a cleaner was using strong water jet at our level. Tat's good cleaning but I realised dirty water traps at the door base & tiles. Not sure if this will cause staining. I've a few stained tiles but was adviced not to change
