Hmnn..... after some verification, realized that I've engaged HS Lim for my partial renovation before. Back then he was with * Interior Design. To be honest, I wasn't too satisfied with his services back then. Doesn't seems knowledgeable, and workmanship not too good. But then maybe he has improved a lot since.

Hi I'm planning my finance for my new BTO which should be ready by early next year. So hope that there are experienced ppl around whom can share their experiences with me.. My BTO flat is a standard flat, but I opted OCS for the flooring only. Thus no internal doors and sanitary fittings(but I believe toilet bowl have). Pretty much want to do standard renovation. Out of norm stuff probably below mentioned: - Build in wardrobe for MBR and 1 room. - Kitchen cabinets with indian granite top. - possibly hacking of half wall at one of the bedroom (connecting living room) and install glass panel to transform into study room - glass doors for both toilets I'm budgeting 20k for renovation and another 20k for electronics, furniture, lightings, Electrical Works and sanitary items Is my budget realistic? log in to My HDB lor, They just updated the pictures on 30th April 15 Looks like exterior is 99% completed for most blocks. Hope can finish by this year.. if not renovation clashes with CNY then sian liao.... Any experience ppl ard can advise how long more we can expect to collect keys?!
