I bought a couple of Philip's tornado for $5 from Choo Chiang Mkg (Boon Keng) Is it much cheaper at rochor centre? We should have a sticky on where to get such essential stuff... -
Recently got hitachi 11w energy saving bulbs at kelantan for $4.50 Heard that Philips tornado or Osram is better. What's the best lobang out there?
-
Actually, I think SCV point is one of the most rip off charges... a splitter does cost much. The base cost + PVC should be around $10. I just did one for my room. Got a drill set from Carefour and some PVC from Homefix, and viola...SCV point

I was there last wknd when Thomas did the same demo as well. Showed me all the bells and whistles of their glass hobs. I was particularly interested in the portable ceramic heater, which can double up to use in steamboat or travel.

If you can receive normal tv signal, then it is good. If starhub won't turn it on, then do self-installation, and starhub will turn on the signal

I was told the Panasonic model NA-V80GD is no longer for sale. Did u find it somewhere? Checked HN and GC today. Not sure how this one stacks with Toshiba one. Anyone got the Panasonic one and how much is it? Toshiba model, best price so far?
-
dun think starhub can turn off the signal for the new port, since most likely your contractor use a splitter to split the signal to the new port. U can try plugging it into the new port (Starhub cable pt?) and see if it works.

Any updated pricing on kitchen cabinets?

I need to get my windows replaced. They are pre-dinosaur days with wooden frame, and metal casement. Any recommendations? What are the charges like for those who have replaced them? What kind of glass is it?

Err, where are these places? Sorry, but I wish there is a Home Depot here. Not familiar with local hardware stores.
