    Hi WZ, this is Frederick from Blk 469A. glad that we are collecting our keys soon =) I've went to get quotation for my 5room hdb thru 2 company Company 1 : quoted me $41K (including AC) Company 2 : quoted me $60+K (its a ID company) I might be going for 3rd and 4th quotation before deciding which one to take up.
