flush inside but i painted my stock frame the same colour as my wall. so it looks fine to me. Its up to individual. If u really want it perfect, get them to remove the frame. But u gotta patty up the edges and repaint. But accorrding to them, there might be some complications as the frame is mounted on the wall steel rods. not sure if its true though. gd luck

i got mine about 6 bucks per sq feet. You should get from ikea or spotlight if u only doing one room. Unless you are doing the whhole house and want them to be of the same material.

mine is flush inside the toliet. So that when water is splashed on the back of the door from the toilet, water will not leak out of the toilet.

My mom pass away when i was taking O levels 16 years old too(so qiao). well 1 k seems a bit too much. i thought i can get one around 200 bucks. btw i love mahjong. but just started learning. im also inviting friends to play over when im having my housewarming.
