Dorcas, I'm a commission earner and that's why they insist I submit payslips for 12 mths. (They say can't take cpf statements for last 12 mths) I think it's illogical because my comms are calculated inside CPF already, don't understand why lor....

Hi Happy, I'm getting more and more sianz when I open my letterbox everyday. Despite calling HDB to expediete it numberous time, still now news lor... Congrats Dorcas! I hope mine will come by this week.

No lor....we have been waiting for donkey years already...not even received letter on key collection. From what I found out from HDB on Mon is that the keys are with HDB already, but no allocation of dates yet. I suppose we will only be collecting the keys in Jan laioz.

Oh...nvm lah, there's always next time...sure more units will be up as times pass, we can have more to look at. Actually what is the actually length for cement screeding ah? From collection of keys, you make a booking on that day right? From then on, to the arrival of sand, to laying, to drying....how long will it take? Really tempted to get my ID to do it instead if really a big difference in time. But on other hand, every cents count!

Yup....It's nice to look look, see see....have new ideas and know "what not to do" in the upcoming renovation. The exchange of ideas and views is great and it's cool to know that my future neighbours are friendly and nice. The decorative tile (like Egyptian drawings) at the one of the units very nice leh....which both my wife and I fancy. Must ask Tony to bring me see, the light above also nice.....

I'm also unsure whether mine is renewed already or not, cos the HDB officer said will do it for me when I e-mail her last mth. Better not, so that I can still renew. I shoot back e-mail ask her check properly again, how can be the house still not completed. I'm expecting the collection dates to be end November bah...

I just sent an e-mail to HDB to inquiry on collection of keys for Blk 26B as my renewed HLE will expiry end of the year....and guess what HDB's reply; We are sorry that the flat is not completed yet. Will send you the new HLE form for your return with latest 3 months' payslips. How can that be man ?? I thought Blk 26B is next in queue after 26C.

I got a few and decided on Classic Design, the one opp Tiong Bahru Plaza lor. I’ve yet to collect my keys, most probably mid Nov. The charges of Classic Design are very reasonable and low compared to other IDs I've visited. I'll be getting my AutoCAD drawings next week, k share with u. he quotation I have is hard copy leh...don't have it in soft copy. I did mine for 19.6k - Homo tiles for living rooms and floyer. - Parquet for all bedrooms - Alumix cabinet for MBM - bay window (storage) for MBM - Bomnshelter wall - 6ft full length shoe cabinet - featurewall + tv console - full length mirror in dining room - bedroom cabinet 5ft for 1 bedroom - tempered showerscreen for M Bathroom - 2 solid surface top for basin and full length mirror - 1 suspended cabinet below 1 of the basin - Kitchen cabinet 20ft + 2.5ft - The rest are other necessary stuffs like false ceiling, bases, painting etc....
