Hi Mace, In singaporebride forums, ppl mention that "Sealer" can pervent floor grouting to turn yellow or dirty. They mention it's a protection layer that prevent the floor grouting to turn yellow or dirty. Is it Paint Sealer? or other kind of sealer? Silicon?

They will change the defected temper glass, and remove the "white" silicon replace with "black" silicon. Said Will handover next satursday. Waiting for their email confirmation.

Yah, not the angle. just that the glass supplier, cut the glass not so fit to the groove line. Some of the gap that big which can put a one dollar coin thinkness, which is not too acceptable. Did ask them to change. sign.... How can they supplier see the material not fix or other things got defect still go ahead with the installation..

before they stick the mirror on the board, they have to cut out the Groove, size of the mirror first. hb call their boss today, and their Attitude was like ****. Tomorrow will meet their boss on site.

Want to fool me that, there's no Black silicon.. their So call "touch-up" Standard is like this. So of the "Many Defect" they had Rectify, Just show some of the current want.. Take their own sweet time to to do just a few carpentry defect. Would held on to the outstanding balance..

Nw still headache with the renovation things.. my HB just when up to spot check.. Can you image, Temper glass Backing was "black" and grantie top was "black galary" which is at kitchen. They Use White Silicon for the edging? Faint Call him(so call ID), should use black silicon to cover the edging what. i confront him. ID said: is they standard of doing. I said : like that your standard is like low like that lah. ID said: Our standard too high. Endless story........ I demand him to change to black silicon. Think can fool me, that there's no black silicon. Still have other some touch-up. So headache.. i would held back the outstanding amount.

My TV Feature wall in front is laminate but the Backing was using two board with paint finish. you can view my 3D drawing. The crack was at the joint part of the board. Think your master bedrm that wall or partition that have crack line. think using the same way to built. they use the Plaster to touch up but the crack resurface ne.. Nw they slowly take their sweet time to touch up the carpentry defect , We next mth then move in.
