i was quoted 5.5k for my house tiling for 4 rm 84sq metres. 4.15k for tiles n workmanship for 3 rms + a living room. (my kitchen is done) 1.35k for cleaning n moving of sand as my level have no lift. is it exp?

Hi all, anyone can recommend me where to buy gd n reasonable price tiles? I been to KHL (exp !!) 1 helpful member advise me Eng BEE. So is there others? Btw if anyone need labour for fixing tiles, feel free to contact me cos i have the contacts. Currently thinking of buying tiles asnd getting the workers to do. For a 4 rm he is chargong me ard 1k for workmanships. Thks for reading.
