    I went yesterday want to confirm my order and colour selection for my sofa and asked michelle if they changed their company name from bez gallery to exquisite. She denied and i told her your staff told me the new name and she said shes new she dont know. Raised her voice ask me check acra etc. Dont know what she is trying to hide.

    I havent have a date for delivery as i have yet to determine the colour and design of my bedframe and sofa. But think have to go down get hold of them to confirm everything and set a delivery date asap.

    KG123 I have requested him to do onsite measurement and both time he didnt turn up and never answer my call. I use another phone missed call him and he called back the 1st time. Give excuses he go visit doctor. Arrange another date and he get his wife to call me say he had some accident on the 2nd time.

Yesterday just went down to his shop and select our bedframe and colour and pending sofa colour selection and delivery date as only the staff is ard and she cant make decision. Will chase the staff since she is the one that can contact the boss for our sofa selection and delivery date.

    Anyone tried and go see their MP and request them to write an email or letter to CASE or small claim tribute to request them to do something to resolve their issue.?

    So meaning CASE cant do anything loh. Whats the point of reporting to CASE ah. No wonder this guy can keep scamming pple without any worries. SG is not protecting comsumer at all. Hopefully there are someone whi can really advise all the victims here.
