I bought quite alot of items from tb: 1) toilet accessories: towel rack, shower curtain, vanity cabinet and toilet roll holder etc... 2) makeup table 3) LED lights for all the whole house except downlight. ( master bedroom was using the adjustable brightness which can turn from white to orange). I bought T5 for bathroom too. Best buy was the vanity cabinet ( consist mirror, mini cupboard, basin and vanity) and makeup table cost about 250-270 and the adjustable light in master bedroom. Been using for all items for 1.5yrs. so far only one kitchen light was bad.

Hi, I understand that for those who are new and awaiting for your renovation are helpless and looking around to understand better. I will help in certain areas such as looking through quotation and advice the costs as well as the material used, some quotation are cheap but doesnot mean they are good. I also can advice where to purchase some of the stuff like lights etc. But i will be charging a fee of $80-100 buck but i will try to reduce your quotation more than this amount if possible and advice you in other areas. Background: I have just finished completed my reno. Have go though round and round of ID selection and through i have found someone who is friendly and able to rely on, but i made the wrong choice and we have suffered. Therefore throughout the process, i have to managed all the contractors: carpentry, PD door, window, aircon, electrician, fabrication of the arcylic cover for the bathroom ceiling etc. Those keen, can pm me to know more and want to know about my reno sharing.

Yes.it is cheaper and fast. But quality is not that good.
