I have decided to start a new post on these 2 related companies to alert people who are intended to engage them - DO NOT engage them, if not you will be end up like me live in nightmare and suffering mental stress. Nothing they can execute properly from schedule planning to quality of works. They have tons of excuse if they are any hiccups. Not only my renovation been delayed more than 2 months (not completed as of I write this post) but all the things are not done properly - wrong measurement, lousy materials and workmanship. The best thing is even they know the measurement or position are not correct, they never bother and installed without informing the customer. Eventually they came out with the so call resolution that tries to cover up their mistakes and force customer to compromise. In other words - you have to suck it up since it has already been installed and fix to the wall or ceiling. Worse thing... my new house's marble tiles and parquet are badly damaged by them.
