some of the items eg tiling works is on high side. That is why they are able to give you FOC on certain items. thickness of vinyl flooring is 5mm or 3mm? bedroom veneer door is solid or semi solid? Glass door and shower screen thickness 10mm or 12mm? Make sure they are HDB registered. They don't use other company license.

Even thought the pipes are concealed deep inside the wall, the chances of damaging the pipes is very high. The hacker uses breaker to hack the wall. Which cause intensive vibration into the wall. Its recommended to change the piping. unless you want to hack again just to change the piping.

when it comes to hacking of wall, the chances of damaging the concealed piping is very high. water piping has to be replaced with new ones. 1. If u intend to use back the wc, you could request your ID to dismantle and keep it aside. 2. Depends on whether your ID inform you prior hacking. 3. Depends on whether new piping is concealed or exposed.

Some items are charge too expensive. Kitchen cabinet base $36.50 pfr. You should have ask your ID to indicate the floor area for your living and bedroom for laying of tiles. So that you will know the price per sq ft u are being charge. I think you are being charge about $15 per sq ft. Market rate is about $11.50 psf. $1120 for L box only? Or including false ceiling? Any cove lighting? If its for L box only, you really got chop chop. General cleaning $200 and chemical washing $200? Why is that 2 charges? The cleaner only charge the ID 1 time. Market rate about $280-$300. Its not really that cheap after all. Your ID is charging you more on those small items.
