  1. i want to remove the false ceiling so i have higher ceiling. removal is easy but messy as mentioned by some of you. ceiling will be coated with cement like coumpoud, including the well.. to remove the existing lighting is probably the hardest....
  2. i usually close all window..once fully aircon with mecahnical ventilation i'll closed all window for sure..... i'm thinking of changing all window galss to laminated safety glass...so i can do away with grilles totally..
  3. hi once again....likewise HDB guide do not mentioned abt removal of false ceiling.....since no permit is require to put up ceiling...can i presume i can remove all my false ceiling?
  4. cool thanks....i thought so....since we don't need permit to put up grilles...i guess we don't need permit to remove.. i don't see a need to have grilles for window at kitchen and utility room....i doubt anyone would wnat to break in thru there...
  5. hi guys..i have check thru HDB website regarding window grilles...no info on removal of window grilles just wnat to know if window grilles is compulsory..if not i'll remove the grilles from the kitchen and utility room... mine is a 3NG upgraded with a utility room....
