Hi all, I am planning renovate a resale 5 room HDB of 136m2 area. Things needed to be done:- 1. Overlaying of whole house with high resilience tiles 2. Hacking of current study room and relocating to another corner of the living 3.Hacking of kitchen walls for open concept, building of kitchen cabinets, hacking of wall tiles, building island 4. Rebuilt both toilets 5. Laying of new electrical wires and circuit board 6. Rebuilt walk-in wardrobe 7. Repaint whole house 8. Changing all windows and grilles 9. All doors including main and gates changed. Based on the above works, with those who had done almost the same as mine any idea what it would costs?
