my surface top is black color with sprinkles of glitter think it will be easier to maintain cos v bz to always wipe and clean.... my neighbor from 34th floor in blk c nearly complete her reno liao and the lights come from their hse.... her reno is ala carte(no id, all done themselves)... can go and take a look during evenings i think.

errm tpc rc2, if u r really from the rc, maybe u'll like to inform ur chairman from wat u've observed in this forum that we are already very very very closely knitted and have already known each other. its gd thatt our rc is so competent for once in trying to gel the pple together however, i doubt that rcs have so much $$$ to sponsor floor by floor or blk by blk for hse warming right? and let's say if each owner's hse "warning" is being funded, how much can u fund? are u sure that there is such a substantiable amt in the first place? if yes, can we have Dr Ng Eng Hen as GOH for our hse warming??? sorry that we are so skeptical but things shld be clear. there are some dark sheeps previously in this forum and we have to be careful.

yeah most of the things are done left only the carpentry and laminated flooring.... this willl be the first acid wash then before we move in there will be another one. actually i also wondering why u can't hack it...cos heard from the 34 floor neighbors that they went to "disturb" hdb for quite a few times before approval given. anyway, just take it that u saved a big amt of $$ and remember? we were talking abt it and next time if u are to sell the flat, u dun have to redo the walls again!!yippee!! next week is my turn to install the downlights so i pray hard that leonard will do a gd job.. maybe u can check w him what's with all the connections?

hahahhahahahha no la gd then i will say gd... no gd,then ..... think if leonard sees this, he'll know what i mean cos i've been upset once before and that's when the painters painted my gers room into a disco kind of color... but it was also bcos he was not in singapore that's y the mistake but anyway, still called up the company and them and when he returned the next day, problem rectified. btw, for my toilet its also almost the same as gadgetman....but we din buy any designer tiles except for the croc skin finishing ones and the wallpaper finishing ones....think i mentioned abt the cost of the toilet before.

this amt is inclusive of all my appliances and the soft furnishings...soooo all in all, its a really comfy figure cos we are changing all of our at least 30 year old furniture. as for the window grills, its by hdb so, maybe can ask those in hdb?

so far, i find it comfortable with him cos he is the boss of substance. he has quite a lot of experience and actually the boon keng sers blks some of the residents also sign with him. for his design, i think u must talk to him more and show him some design ideas from mag that u like... he will accomodate that design and change it to something more unique for u... but pls be clear with design with him. his workmanship is good la and that;s what we are looking for

heyhey, if this is the case, maybe u go and sign with the one that offers a more reasonable price? so far, their workmanship has been gd and i've been happy with their services... and leonard does absorb a fair bit of everything for us....
