Nope, mine's not in Tampines. I did reno my hse but i did not touch the waterproofing in the toilets. I did an overlay. So in this case, my HDB waterproofing is still in tact rite .. my flat is only 9 yrs old and it's having this problem ... oh my ... Do they hack the toilet bowl & sink ? Meaning i got to get new 1 at my own cost ?? Hw bout the tiles that'll be provided ?? So scared it'll get out of my color combinations ... haiz ... sianz ....

My neighbour below us recently complain to HDB that their toilet ceiling is leaking. Nw we've to make appt for HDB to come & inspect our toilet. Have anyone met with this case and what will be done to rectify the leaking at my neighbour's place & my place ?

Morning bus rides to work are ok. The buses come frequently. As these buses are going into town, so the frequency is more reliable as compared to trunk services..

The walk to the bus stop if not far i felt ... It's bout 2-3 mins walk to the bus stop from my blk.

Actually this place is really accessible for public transport. I feel it's more convenient to use the public transport than driving. As driving u've to turn a big round. Unless u come in via Jalan Bahagia on the CTE. Initially when i bought this place, i also tot it's gona be a headache just to go to town. But i was wrong, it's 5 mins bus ride to Toa Payoh & u can go anywhere from there. Or you can take the buses that comes into Jalan Bahagia to go to orchard or city hall or chinatown.

I called and 1 of them quoted me $75 for juz changing the internal components of the main door.

Anyone has any idea how can I get the locks changed without dismantling the door and etc ? I heard that the key hole can just be change. Any one has experiences doing so and who should I find to get it done ?

And here's the results from all the searching Coffee Table (Which I got from S & C @ $370 as compared to the 1 i see at IMM which is selling @ $550) Dining Table (But not with these chairs) & L-Shaped Sofa which we've gotten from Red Apple @ IMM for $3,000 for both items
