Hey all, I have gotten my keys but is unsure on the steps which I am supposed to renovate my house.. I am trying to do it in stages as I am in no rush to move in but I am not sure if the steps I listed below is in the correct order. Hope the guru's here can give some advice!! 1.) Installation of window grille (whole house + service yard) and window in service yard2.) Hacking of bedroom wall and removal of service yard window/door (I assume is the same contractor)3.) Carpentry (Bedroom wardrobe, kitchen, toilet vanity table, tv console)4.) False ceiling5.) Electrician to install lights, ceiling fan, power point (Including Eubiq)6.) Toilet faucet and kitchen faucet installation (Assuming same plumber) 7.) Installation of Air-Con (I assume need to be done after false ceiling as I plan to hide the pipe in false ceiling, hope can get some advice about this)8.) Painting
