I was done with G2 planner from IMM L3 for my reno work for condo just recently. this is the worst experience in my life for reno with this company. it was really bad experience that all my design given to company and all the material chosen before start the reno time and actual time most of the thing were come out wrong. Glass colour given and actual install also wrong. and all the work maintop were very bad and even i inform to the company they said is nothing and this all workmanship were normal. My floor when i walking, i can hear the sound from the floor inside look like the bubble crack sound like. The designer even don't care, i complaint and not accept also they drag all the job. Even 1 kitchen cabinet have to wait for 3 months to complete. And also design and the cabinet colour was wrong. every week need to chase to them to come and work at my condo for reno work but they said tomorrow will come and tomorrow until 5pm also didn't show up and not bother to inform to the owner. when i asking again they said this week and even when reach to weekend also didn't show up. really no respect and no responsible designer and supervisior. the worst thing is i inform to them to do the finishing for the 2 edge for the laminate TV console joint, they said that this technic is not even come out this to the world. i show them other contractor for the 2 joint edge how they done, so next day designer came my house and the 2 edge conner joint they paint with correction liquid white colour. what the ****?? i argue with them and don't let them continue for my reno job, they said not their fault and i not allow to go into my house so that i can't claim from their company if i engage to another contractor to do it. the worst company in my experience. my friend HDB house done all reno with less defect and workmanship totally different with what my house done. My condo is now become like more than 30 years old house due to poor workmanship and bad quality material. kitchen cabinet top even haven't takeover yet, already scratch and can see a lot of water marks, designer told me to buy the cleaner & marble polish to clean it. OMG. **** it. Please if your all want to consider to go to this company, consider more than 100 times, my advice
