We went to CASE, CASE asked us to go Small Claims Tribunal. Maybe you should do it too...

We made full payment in June last year... I don't think there's anyway to get the money back. He refused to pick up his call, promised us deliveries that never materialized when we go down to his showroom at Marina square. The time spend and money spend (on sofa and carpark entrance to Marina, CASE, Small court Tribunal, ERP... ) is really draining on us... The court has asked Pierce to give us full refund.. I don't think he is paying... l and we can't do anything about him or where to turn to for help.... I wish the government or the relevant authorities can step in to help consumers like us...

hi Unicorn, I am quite new to this forum so not sure how to contact you. I am interested to join forces with you. I have already went to small court tribunal and Pierce has refused to pay us the full refund the court has ordered him too. If you have done all these, maybe we can discuss how we can take this matter further.

Thanks for the new address information. I am not sure if the court baliff works. If it does not work, can we victims collectively file a police report as a fraud case? I am not a lawyer, just throwing out my thoughts.

hi, I am a victim of Bez Gallery too. Pierce didn't attend the court hearing and the court awarded us full refund. Now I am waiting for his refund which I doubt it will materialised given my past experiences with him. May I know what is your next course of action? Maybe we may have to work together for our common interest.
