Recently I bought a resale flat and decided to renovate just the common toilet. As the project was small, not many renovation companies/contractors were keen to take up the job. Unlike some renovation contractors, he was not pushy and did not try to recommend me to do more works than was necessary to earn more out of the project. When I told Thomas I needed help to remove a padlock holder from my iron gate, he even specially made a trip down to my flat to get it removed at no cost. This showed that he was willing to go the extra mile for customers.
