Hi mitoev91 and Hello88. I also have the same layout with you all. But I am in a lost for the kicthen renovation, Can share how your plan your kichen layout? either I keep the existing wall tiles (very dirty) dun know can wash clean or not, and a 10 year old lower kitchen cabinet OR Change the whole kitchen, How much will it cost for the whole reno ofthe whole kitchen. Have to change the whole house tiles. I observe that there are hairline crack in the balcany wall tiles. Is it common for a old flat? Is there any tiles that can withstand the heat and rain type of wall tiles?or just hack off and leave it???? headache...

Do anyone know whether we can build over the upper floor viod area? I read the HBD rules that It cannot be done. but really like to cover the larger piece of viod area for storage purpose. Has anyone seen other brand of the toilet cabniets other than Ikea ? I wanted to put store all my makeup things, aceessionaries, etc in the MBR toilet. The Ikea cabinet does not look lasting. Anyone use it before. Yipee, this sat going to see my "new" 21 old resale flat with contractor, hope the renovation would not cause a bomb.

oic. Wow you really have nice toilet. I also think of changing the common toilet into a new MBR. But the other room will not have the toilet, cost $$ plus might be selling the EM in a few year time if the price goes rocket high.. downgrade to a 4 room to get more $$$$

Hi houseoffluf, Is yours at the top floor? We went up to top floor saw a unit near the corner under renovation... Are you the o ne? Is yes , then we are at the samew block.. hello there.. I am the new kid on the block.. My EM is at sernagoon north. 25k Above evluation... waiting for 1st apooint at Sep 07. Conidtion of the flat. very ugly.. need to build toilet downstair as mum and kids need it. Hopefully can spend around $30k for renovation. I have this ugly layout that the WC stuck at the end in the upstair common toilet. So lousy deisgn, the person design this need to be caned

Thanks... I want to construct a toilet at the first floor. just spoken to HDB staff, all kitchen needs to be water proof.... Oh that is new. I cannot remember whether I did that for my exisitng flat..Wow.. sometime really think why I want to move..

Hi there, I am new here. I just brought a EM at Serangoon North. I also need to renov the whole place. Have not go for first appoint yet. But I have very tight budge cos paid $25k above valuation. Thinking of changing the whole house flooring. construct a new toilet at first floor. Can anyone share your designer layout of the EM.. Got no $$ to get designer
