I just found out that even if I do, I need to rebuild it to original condition next time if I sell it. So well, guess not gonna do.

Hi, just wonder had any hdb owner expand the toilets before? Had just purchased a 4-room hdb in Holland. Like the location but dislike how small the toilet and bathroom are. Am thinking to expand them into kitchen area as the kitchen is quite big. Anyone tried that before?
