Hi All, anyone has experience with Hot'seat furnishing? I got one reference from forumer here about Lawrence from Hot'Seat Furnishing but I just want to double sure that they are really good. Because previously someone recommended me Kia Meng but turned out not really good. your comments/reply would be very much appreciated. thanks.

Hi, recently my sofa's leather is wearing off, i bought the sofa from 'novena' after 3years the 'leather' started to wore off. I want to replace the sofa leather, I checked on forum someone recommended Kia Meng Trading (their website: http://kmtradingamk.blogspot.com/). from the website it looks like they did few big projects (e.g pubs, bar, restaurant, etc). anybody engaged them before? i need to know if anybody has bad experience with them. Hi all, recently i've just purchased a private apt (this is my first purchase). although it's going to TOP next year but i bought it sub-sale (from the 1st owner). I would like to know: a. what are the papers that i will receive after my lawyer exercised my options? b. will i get the floorplan/brochure of the apartment from the developer/owner? c. how do i ensure that the 1st owner didn't take anything from the unit (e.g. microwave, aircon, cabinet, etc) ? any comments/suggestions would be very much appreciate...thanks
