I tried to open the square down light cover to change a bulb but discovered that the cover is partly silicone glued to the false ceiling. I had to use a screw driver to try and force open the cover and to my dismay it became loose and dropped down slightly. How do i fixed it back. How are these light boxes usually secured to the false ceiling? Your advise is deeply appreciated. Thank you.
