Called him last week he did return our call, however, since Monday no pick up from all their contacts. Promised to give a call a day before delivery of our bedframe but nothing. I am going down to do my own measurement too..and gona give them 2 months instead of 4weeks. Therefore, no excuse for them not to be ready. And at the same time pick up my promised free accessories.

After months of calling finally received my mattress an hour ago. Olena brand embroided. Pierce called that my model did not arrived, therefore upgraded mine to a higher end mattress Buckinghamshire. Well, for the time being I'm happy with the bed. Balance items: a bedframe and free gift for my coming house yet to request. 3solarfilm: i think the deliverman proceeding to your place. they mentioned a bedframe to deliver.
