its my first flat bought from hdb.. due to irritating neighbours bo pian wan to surrender but hdb barred me from second loan for 30mths and they funny thing is i will be considered as first timer and and not owning a flat if next time i wan to ballot house again. so now i stuck for another 3.5yrs as bank need 5% cash upfront..............

nope.. cos i actually wanted to surrender my current of 1 and half yrs but was told of the 30mths not able to take another loan from hdb.... their restriction always benefit them and not us wan....

i just check with hdb for my case last mth and was told the same ans unless take bank loan...

guys cos the unit is in amk area so i know the cov is high.. i will try my luck again next few days to make a firm offer of 40k max.. the max liao..lol feel free to comment on the area, 3mins walk to amk hub, dr-dr top floor 4rm with upgraded balcony fees paid, soon balloting for lift upgrade. tat means private lift in future, onli 2units mah, only downside is 30yrs flat....sob

wan to slap the seller agent and seller.. offer cov 30k and was rejected..wanted 45k dan decide to give some kopi $ to seller agent to help convince seller to let go at 35k.. knn!! seller wan 50k NOW!! wtf is the seller agent doing??????? dun know how they say untill increase to 50k.. woa lao eh... i felt that i **** pathethic...lol

hdb appointment is at a month after documents are submitted and the number of applications received plays a part too... if tat month a lot ppl buy flat dan most likely will be longer date.. best is to sign an agreement so tat they wun give excuses after a month and wan to extend further.. as for the otp thingy, it can be submitted the next day after exercising, y must after 45days?

u all so lucky got top floor to view.. i cant even get to view a top floor unit... i like top floor cos no need to care abt any nuisance from upstairs. celling leak have to get contractor to fix it ...and top floor units are definitely hotter in afternoon

just saw a 5years 4rm unit @amk blk 596D.. quite high floor corner unit but onli 93sqm minimal reno needed cos very gd condition. downside a whooping 500k valuation... 20-23k cov so total 520+k quite lik the area cos wife work at tpy and childcare also tpy.. any advise cos nowadays market still got ppl bought at this price?? stress stress stress.............. thanks a lot

considering a 5rm unit at AMK. walk ard 5mins to bus stop and 3stops to amk hub. coffeeshop and market is walking distance. its quiet and cost 420k. cov ard 23k. 136sqm. 4bedrooms and storeroom and balcony, lift landing. ns facing 12yrs old flat and they are first owner. overall condition still quite ok. just it justify the price? thanks

i am searching for resale too.. 5-10k cov is not often seen but i did see some with 0cash or 5k in yes and today papers.. cov is low but the valuation is **** high.. eg cov can be 10k but valuation can be 550k.. aiyo can afford cash but how to buy 550k flat...lol

i am staying in redhill, my first flat also... but i cant take it liao..lol hdb also replied me to tolerate cos noise is inevitable when staying in hdb flats... hdb say easy but they themselves dont know how the noise really is , they thought i am just complaining over samll things and try to make it big. so i bloody **** told hdb come stay my hse and see if they can tolerate.. in the end they also cant ans me.... we know noise is unavoidable but in 12am-3am! and the both parties to be called up meeting is u have to go and inform the other party and tell them if they can come...not hdb goin to do it... my neighbour can be awake up to 4.30am!!! ask him and he told me work late, come back late, sleep late.... sometimes i wish i can kill him..lol

gilbs, i have started a topic abt my hse too..lol my case the same as yours..100% i went up 3times and talk but also no use..u cant stop them from walking..hdb go talk twice also same results.. somemore my baby will be born within these 2 weeks...jialat.. i have been tolerating for almost 10 months too... no choice i surrender my flat to hdb.. took 6months to approve, now wait another 3 months to finalise the whole thing.. i am not asking u to do tat but its not so easy to surrender back to hdb wan lor... good luck in talking to them, hope everything turn gd for u... where u stay btw??
