  1. its my first flat bought from hdb.. due to irritating neighbours bo pian wan to surrender but hdb barred me from second loan for 30mths and they funny thing is i will be considered as first timer and and not owning a flat if next time i wan to ballot house again. so now i stuck for another 3.5yrs as bank need 5% cash upfront..............
  2. nope.. cos i actually wanted to surrender my current of 1 and half yrs but was told of the 30mths not able to take another loan from hdb.... their restriction always benefit them and not us wan....
  3. i just check with hdb for my case last mth and was told the same ans unless take bank loan...

  7. wan to slap the seller agent and seller.. offer cov 30k and was rejected..wanted 45k dan decide to give some kopi $ to seller agent to help convince seller to let go at 35k.. knn!! seller wan 50k NOW!! wtf is the seller agent doing??????? dun know how they say untill increase to 50k.. woa lao eh... i felt that i **** pathethic...lol
  8. hdb appointment is at a month after documents are submitted and the number of applications received plays a part too... if tat month a lot ppl buy flat dan most likely will be longer date.. best is to sign an agreement so tat they wun give excuses after a month and wan to extend further.. as for the otp thingy, it can be submitted the next day after exercising, y must after 45days?
  9. u all so lucky got top floor to view.. i cant even get to view a top floor unit... i like top floor cos no need to care abt any nuisance from upstairs. celling leak have to get contractor to fix it ...and top floor units are definitely hotter in afternoon
  10. thanks hello for the listing.. was told by agent blk 833 is valued at 510k 2nd storey........stress blk 609 ard 440k.....ok but dunno got bus stop to mrt.... blk 537 serangoon north ard 430k...dunno where the **** is tat place..lol asked agent to lookout for em at jurong and bukit batok also.. wish me luck..
  11. i am a second timer.. my case is the jialat case as i am surrendering my current 1year+flat due to unbearable nuisance from upstaris neighbours..think i did start a thread abt my flat some time ago...bo pian, disturb my whole family. worst is i have to go for bank loan...so this 500k is **** headache.. hop i am able to find a bigger and ard 380-420k flat..
