mine is a scarlet II 47 in. picture quality is very good. it is very thin compared to other brand. I think the scarlet series is better compared to other LG series. I had it for 6 mo and no problem at all. very convenient in playback of avi files from your USB external drive or flash drive. my only comment is the look that is very "exotic" (shiny deep black and red).

I feel sad about this news. I shop for a lot of items in this shop because of their good price and wide range of products. Any news when the new store will open up?

Hi Arwena. Thanks for the insights. I was thinking the same color theme. white/grey or biege. But probably will change to majority white. If you have seen my blog, my color combination is "multi" I will probaby change to 2 colors this time around. BTW, my block is in 35++ also, the round shaped flat.

May I know your main theme color or the paint colors you chose in your main living hall and dining area? I have finished my renovation last Dec but planning to change the interior paint color very soon.

Hi Selsel, congrats to your successful reno. In my case my contractor asked me if I want to put sealant to secure it and prevent water or oil from seeping through underneath. But he told me that it might melt due to heat so I just decided not to put any. But I realized that there is a problem of dirt and oil going underneath and I have to push it up every week now just to clean it up. I think it will be better if some sealant will be applied to your hob.

Thanks, at first I was shocked to see the grey walls. I think my color combi is a disaster. The laminate I think are common wood laminates. Reflective? I just finished my renovation that took almost 4 weeks. To thank all of the contributors in this site that gave me ideas and helpful tips in renovation, I have created my own blog which is incomplete as of this writing. I will be moving this coming Sat. My reno will be finished in Friday. I will be writing my own reno blog in this site probably one week after.

I got mine nearly 4 months after booking. The retiling begins 1 month after I booked. I think it depends on your block. All new tenants in my block got the keys almost at the same time. I talked to the one below my unit and they only waited for more than 2 months from the time of the booking. BTW, my block is 359B.

Hi, not true that there is no sys 4 non inverter. I just bought sys 4 mitsubishi non inverter from GC - Causeway point 2 weeks ago. 2800 for everything. Daikin also has sys 4 non inverter which is 2600+. You can go there to verify but I warn you that the sales guy may be the rudest one you will encounter.

I will be getting my keys next week after almost 4 months of waiting. Still considering myself lucky because others wait until 6 months. Will be starting renovation in Dec.

Hi Bigsister, thanks for the advice. I went there last sunday with my ID to check on the unit. It was open and 2 uncle are cleaning it up. The floor was flooding with water and we have to take off our shoes to get in. Everything had been done but I think they were testing the water supply. We saw a strong water leak at the common toilet. It was coming from a wall of the common toilet. Until now, I am not decided on most of the items. Like if need to put door on the kitchen, where to put the TV feature wall and if need to put false ceiling.

Hi Irin, we are in the same block. I also went there 2 weeks ago and my unit is open. The only item that is not finished are the toilet bowls and sinks. All flooring and painting done already. Are the units in our block still open? I'll probably visit this Sat and also visit the 2 new showflat in 357C and 360C if I am not wrong. Very near our block. BTW, I booked mine in July, pretty late already.

My ID already gave me his quotation. He told me he is very busy with on going projects and I believe him. I think I will still go ahead with this company since I am satisfied with their quotation. Thanks for those who replied and give their advices.

However, its been almost a month and my ID have not given me the detailed quotation and drawing. Even after few emails and phone calls, all I got is promise. I do not want to confront my ID because I do want to build bad relationship this early. Do you think I can still get my deposit and is it wise to find another ID right now?

Anyone knows if the deposit I gave to Baroque is refundable? I did gave deposit to them after I got impressed by my IDs ideas. I was wondering why there are only 12 EA units avail now in Sembawang? Did HDB pull them out already? Last time when I checked it in the first week of August, there are still 100+ available EA units in the website.

I also had this problem before and I asked the help of my 78 yr old gradma. She posed with skimpy clothes for few weeks in the kitchen and never seen the guy eversince.
