I also not sure. I think the kitchen tiles and wiring still have some outstanding. But my guessing is once windows are installed and the paint are up and the internal are up, the inspectors will come and inspect all the units. That will take at least 1 month plus (as blk25b has the most units). So maybe by end of dec 07, the inspections will be complete and then hand over the keys to the hdb. After that, hdb will give out batch by batch probably around Mid Jan to end of Feb or maybe even early mar 08.

Saw both side painted orange colour this late afternoon. I think the paint will be up by another 1 or 2 weeks. After that, inspection, and get ready for the key, probably around Jan to Feb 08.

Maybe when everybody is shifted in, we can organised a evening jog to mount faber. I remembered when I was young, jog to the mount faber at least once a week. The night view is fanstantic. Now....dont know whether can jog and reach mount faber or not! hehehehe.... Anyway, we have a roof top garden....I might make it a habit to job there at least once or twice a week. Dont need to job at the road side.

One thing bear in mind: Do not rush on your renovation. Better ask your id/contractor first. I think for your case, can make it lah, Next year Feb is CNY right? So got 3 month plus, enough lah! But if start on Dec 07...might a bit tight as most malaysian taking long CNY break.

Yes SUM....a very good point. Go to your nearest contractor if they provide a very low cost. Easy to find them, knock on their door every morning...hahahaha.... Morning cannot find them, go afternoon, afternoon cannot find them, go at evening or at night.... They sure dare not anyhow do!

Oh sorry I think wrong measurement. Take ruler and 1.8cm = 1800mm 1800mm / 305 = 5.9 feet 0.7cm = 700mm 700mm / 305 = 2.3 feet

Is it 3.6 (42inc) ft by 2.6ft (30 inc)?? Base on the floor plan.
