Hi Cindy, most likely using the same id as yours. My wife told me srearch here and there for more quotations very sian and tiring...and most of the carpentry works (from different ID) are using the same materials. What matter most is the end products. I am ok with your id materials and end finishing product. So, can say 98% confirm liao. I still have not call Gina or Tony yet for tiles selection. Might call them this week. So, how do you find their works? Too bad, tiles is different from you. So, cannot really judge. Only can wait for your cabinet and wardrobe and others....(as most likely will be more or less be the same as yours).

Yeah I think matt tiles is good if have elders people. No slippery. But dont know whether good to mop or not. Glossy abit slippery, dont know whether will have patches if did not mop for 1 week. Hi LUMIERE Yeah, very tiring, but I have stop sourcing for contractor. Most likely or I can say 95% confirm, only have to see the tiles (granite or compress stones) yet with the confirm contractor. Take your time sourcing for contractor. You may pm me if you want to know my id. Good Luck!! HAPPY

I went to see completion work and those already live in. Those already live in, the tiles dont have much cutting leg feeling. But those jsut complete will have cutting leg feeling. This morning, went to Zhangde Primary school for pr 1 orientation for my second kid. At the hall and saw the bangla workers painting the blk25b..... 5 room unit paint is almost completed. Photos taken inside Zhangde primary school, passwage way around blk 25b. Hmm......my units is done! Not sure the inspection side. Blk 25a going to Blk 25b...work in progress....
