Huh? $1K for living room n Mbr! Wow that is alot. Btw, if you have free time, go to TB plaza (ground floor), there is one stall selling curtains.
-
I ever heard some scary story. eg) If your cabinet length is 12.3ft...they will charge you 13ft. Means you lugi 0.7 ft. Is that true??
-
I think it is at level 3. Yeah my neighour actually went to this shop and buy a kind of plastic sheet (comes with beautiful bamboo pictures) and paste it on the glass door, creating something like kind of frosted glass feel.
-
It really depends on the design and floorplan. Tanglin Halt 5 room look much bigger than JM. Only 3 sq ft different, really cannot feel it.

To All Fyi, at TB plaza, there is one store (ground floor) selling curtains..you may take a look over there. Cheers! HAPPY

Seem like there are so many light shops and dont know which one is the best....headache!

I thought that when collect the key, your id/contractor will go down and take measurement and will tell you the exact feet? Same over here, my contractor will charge ne accordingly but she need to go down physically to measure it.

Hi Binzz...so the aircon man do all the trunking for you or you tell them where to go for the trunking? I just imagine that next time if I install the aircon, do I need to be there to supervise or my id/contractor? Another thing, where you put your air con in the MBR? Notice your air con in one of the bed room is on top of the door. Is your MBR air con also on top of the door? Thanks! HAPPY

I was there with Tony this morning, my wife wanted to see the units....then went to my neighbours house...... Spending almost 3 hours touring the JM! Went to the showflat....blk26d, #24...so many pple over there. The kitchen cabinet has a sliding out door. Nice and special innovative design! Their wardrobe sliding door thread runs on top and not below. Nice nice nice! For the rest...more or less the same (among all the ids/contractors) in terms of worksmanship and materials used. It is really hard to say which is best one. Can broadly say all the worksmanships are the same. Isnt it? One more thing, the only different is innovation.

Yesterday was there with id....took this pic in front of blk 25b. Another playground for kids! Toilet Basin: I like the colour granite top! Oh yes.....that is another grainte top. Yesterday when I went round tour with Tony and one unit has a suspended vanity top. I wonder whether it can withstand the weight overtime??? So, this pic has the concrete support over the granite top. I might asked Gina to quote this. And if it is cheap, then might go for conrete support for vanity top. Another view for concrete support over vanity top. I can asked for a sliding door to be installed. Simple chandaliers...dont have those 'legs' dropping down....might buy this for dinning area? Hm...who going to clean it? Me or my wife?

This is the undermount sink. That is about more than 10 years ago. You can see the worksmanship is very bad.

Hi GAD This is the undermount sink. That is about more than 10 years ago. You can see the worksmanship is very bad. Anyway, you may delete it off, the undermount sink looks awful!! Happy

Hi Just to share this information. FSM normally wont recommend a marble table. Something like it will cause stress and pressure in work. Something like it is not good if you are working. Many problems. It is better to have a wood table.

Ok, then I think should be ok. Reason I asked is that I went to 1 unit that have 2 chandeliers in the living room. They have a false ceiling and make the chandeliers very low. Can feel the warm too.
-
Are you doing a false ceiling? Afraid it might not look good as it might be too low and quite warm when you switch on the chandeliers.
-
...also need to take measurement first from your confirm id/contractor. Right APPLE? hehehehe
-
You should ask a very sweet lady voice to negotiate the haulage fees hahahaha Btw, how much is your FSM charge you for your 5 rooom unit? Can I have his/her name and contact no.? Thanks alot!
