Wow seem like almost all will be installing whole unit air con. Please bear in mind that the electricity bills will be expensive. I read somewhere (i think tanglin halt) that one actually rec' pub bills of $200 + for the 2nd and 3rd month of staying in the new house. So, use it wisely.

Hi GAD I live in blk25b...so far still waiting for the keys for months. Even my next door neighbour already move in (blk 25a, 5 rooom), and I still stuck in the old hdb flat. I am on the very high floor. hehehehehe So, unable to post pic right now...only can take pic outside and surrounding the blk 25b. You may see my blog. My id suggested to put a dinning table at the suggested study room. A good idea also. As what you say, put a day bed will be nice. Yeah, confirm will be buying one and put it near the window.

Hi XLAN Plse cool down. For the blum system, I think it is ok if never install. If got install, then better still lah. Come to think of it, normally when we close the cabinet, we use to close in full and not just release half way and let it close by itself. Yeah, ask your contractor to give you blum system, I think just replace the hedges only right? I think it is not a big problem lah. Hey relax!! Dont stress out. Cool and calm mind think better! I still have not source for lights. Have not get my keys yet. I just took down the name in my notebook. There are so many things I have not buy: Sink, stove, hob, lights, ceiling fans, air con. Aiyo....headache lah.
