So means that you will have to buy your own tv desk, sofa, dinnning table and play around with it, decide among your loves one how to arrange it. It can be quite fun to be your own designer.... Of course if you have the budget, then can ask ID to draft and design for you.... It really depends on your budget.

Yeah, alot depends on ones budget.... And it is like gambling.....if worksmanship is excellent, then you hit jackpot! If otherwise, then you hit zero... That is the headache mos of us facing... Nothing is 100% good.

Yes the socket is too near the stove, how can they put it there? They should know that the area around the stove will be very warm or hot if you steam or boil soup.... Ask them to relocate the socket!

Uncles again touting and disturbing pple! I heard that blk25a 9th 5room started renovating, whole floor marble and the cost is around $40k+!! (if I am not wrong!). That is in the high price! That id quoted me but waiting for him to send mail to me, until now...no news...guess it is on the high side!

probably one of the contractors.... I am here to learn from pple and to share what I have gone thru'. If you dont like the way I ask the id/contractors, say so ok? I also dont like id/contractors the way they tell me must meet up. ok? After all, we are the one who pay the id/contractors money to renovate my/ your house. ok? Money is mine/ yours, not the id/contracctors, remember that, they have no right to force us to meet up and pressure us to sign, ok? We, the owners, have the right to ask this and that. ok? If the id/contractors not happy, then next time tell the owners, no mail for quotation, ok? Simple as that.
