Very friendly and accomdating that's I gave him 80%. Then as times goes on and on ...we started to request this to be done and that. The respond from him: no lah, no good lah, no nice lah.... When I asked him you have better ideas and can you show me? He said can if I sign with him and then will show me. What is this tactics? Few weeks later, he called me and asked me to come down to talk as quotation is really, I told him not free and plse send mail over to me...he abit reluntant...but finally say yes. You know what? No mail...I sms him why? He said he sms again, total about 6 times and yet not a single mail rec' from him...... Enough is enough....I sms him telling him I will call you instead of you call me. He sms me telling me give him a chance. What chance if I never even see your quotation? Until now, I dont even bother to return his call. I give up on this company. I strike off my list. Not my shortlisted id/contractors anymore.

From what you say.....seem like it has stopped.......I mean suddenly veyr quite...... Give him a mail (since sms he wont entertain you) and ask for current status.

Hi MACE I have this suggestion and I dont know can work or not. WHen open the main door, I can see the Living room windows, so means directly facing each other. Need to do a divider or a cabinet to block it. My questions: 1) I wonder whether can have 3/4 of the divider as a glass surface?? 2) And thought of having my happy family photo taken and frame up and put it at the display shelves (one of the divider shelves) facing the main door? Hi RELOAD 1) aiyo..normally there will be enough tiles left over...I will usually ask contractors not to take it back! As can place on top of the cabinet or for other uses. 2) Cannot be 2 cartons are all not good tiles...can ask them back???

Also, you must have same items which you and your spouse want. So, by visiting id/contractors, then only you will know the price in the markets. eg) if you ask this items but never ask the same items, then the quotation will not be the same and will be difficult to compare apple against apple. So, hava a list of finalised items and then go hunting for reliable id/contractors. Of coure you may add in some items when you goes along, but try to finalised the main items. My 2 cent worth lah.

Wow good luck and do remember to hunt for more id/contractors. Bear in mind this (thru my experience), if you just want a plain, move in conditions or very little design/features, then fgo for contractors, no point paying id for contractors work. But if you want features, designs...then go for id.... Btw, this morning I was at the bus stop, saw most of the blk already painted except blk25b and inner blocks. Wow, guess this coming sat, more and more units are going full force... Mine still waiting........ for the key.............. I might take some photos outside the bus stop if the rain is stopped and post it here ok? But not go inside cos scare of those touting uncles.

I think only cardboard. Some contractors give foc but some charge for the carboard. Plastic sheet?? I am not sure.
