If you confirm with that id/contractor, what is the step? 1) Quotation 2) Requotaion 3) OnSite inspection on their ongoing project 4) Drawing 5) Redrawing and requotaion 5) Selection of tiles 6) Final quotation 7) Take keys and bring contractors to have exact measurement. 8) Final Quotaion Supposing if you have not confirm, and they ask you to see tiles, does that mean they though you already confirm? They dont have any businesses? They are tarnish their reputation!

Can someone tell me how to make them stop pastering the owners? We have the right to go there as and when. But they (touting uncles) make life difficult for the owners. I tried looking at hdb web but couldnt find any. I strongly recommend those touting uncles MUST station at one tent, if owners want, the owners can approach them. Of the touting uncles station at their respective units. It will be going to be unbearable and make life **** difficult for the owners to come and view their future flats. Can we make police reports? Frankly speaking, I really dont like them station downstairs or sit there waiting. It was just like a red light district area! Why cant the authorised officer in charge let them have a place and sit there rather than lurking and lurking and as if we are the prostitutes! I am sorry to make this comments and I feel very fustrated especially wanting to see but then those touting uncles are terrible pple.

Good moring ALL Yesterday went to 12 floor (15a)....renovation almost done. Homo tiles, cabintet up, wardrobe up, tv console up, and one thing that is unique is they hack the wall (beside the living room) and install a foldable door. That really make the living as big as a 5 room unit! Thumbs up for them! I kpo asked the owner who is the contractor, they give me the name card....oops....where is the name card???.....hey just now in my pocket.....now cannot find.......hm......jsut let search first...

hahahaha... I wash my window twice in a year. hahahaha... I am a lazy type of person. That is why my renovation will keep it simple, very simple so that easy to clean. Plus small kids around... So ever thought of features wall, etc...but think of cleaning it....better dont have lah. That is call lazy lah.

Hey today afternoon, walked pass by and saw blk25a 2nd level, pple already move in. Saw many cloth hang on the living room window. Wow, that is fast!! Normally pple will move in when almost all units has been renovated. Saw many 5 room units renovating (blk 25a). Late afternoon, my neighbour offer to briing me to see her house blk15a level 15 (4 room)...as she told me today cabinets and wardrobe gonna install.... Did not go lah...too tired! Actually planning to go there in the evening time about 7pm...dont know can see any units or not. Reason dont want to see those touting uncles lah.

Any reasons for discouraging to install 2 install heater???? If I want and the contractors give valid reasons, then I will follow him, if not a valid reason, I will insist, it he insist and discourage me...then drop him.

The other shortlisted one also...seem to be very busy...no mail rec'.... Stilling waiting for both.....
