For mine, I dont want this. Just dark colour paint on the wall (feature wall) and lighter colour on other side of the wall will do. Can save $1k+ to buy other things.

Is sway sway, slipped and hit your head on the floor, can say good bye liao and yet still have not shift in!! Customers happy...but they dont know the danger especially old pple and young children. For me, I go for pratical lah. hahaha.... Marble expensive and many choice and slippery and hard to maintain. Granite less expensive and less choice and not so slippery and easy to maintain. So my choice will be granite! But not much choice!!

Yes, fast or slow, if the quotation make you happy, then it wil ok lah. What matter most is what SUMMER said, no hidden cost....must sit can down and see and think clearly what they never stated down.

Oh, that is terrible. Did you try to talk to the manager? And tell them if I cancel it, can I use the money to ask your man to install doors, or wardrobe only?

Normally most contractor will say solid ply wood...(until now, when I feel it, I also not sure whether it is solidy ply or normal wood or whatever....), So, I will take this $100 - $110 psf average range as a guide. So that for eg. when someone quote me $200 psf...then I will know..oh...try to put lots of buffer into it. Thanks!!

Marble can be polish. Homo tiles can be polish?

Sorry I am not a dog owner...but can the dog be train to use toilet to urine etc..? Maybe it takes time but since it is a new home, immediately bring your dog to the toilet and instruct your dog to urine there. I am sure your dog will know. Maybe it will be easy for your dog to know it, remember you and your dog is shifting to a new home. How about that?

Anybody got a quote from gim wee? One unit (4 room) spend $30k++++ for their renovation. Got to peep at their units, granite tiles (orange and black colour)..... That expensive???

Should be around that price...just dont add more carpentry works..that will greatly reduce the cost. I mean for instance tv console, console wall, features walls.etc...if you wont mind do away with that.

Hi HELP Maybe let them do floor tiles only....??? And tell them to offset the money deposit? Then engage another contractor to do the rest? Dont know it works or not.
