Now I know why my neighbour are not happy with her units as she said it is very dark especially the kitchen. Units : 114,112,110,124,122 and 120 as it is in the middle. The other units: 116,118,108 and 126 will have a bright kitchen as it is situated at the corner. Well, I am not sure as I only went up to the 2nd level. How true is it? I dont know. Need to take a lift up to a higher level then be able to know.

Ask your id how many psf he calculate for your 4 room unit. And how much he charge for the labour cost. eg) if 600 psf, then $4.80 will be $2,880 + labour cost. But really depends on your id how they charge you.

Hi LUM Most likely lah...since going for so many showflats like Tong Hong, Homemakers, Wonderhouse, etc...all the materials use are the same! And the finishing also the same. Only price is different cos of carpentry works. So, even thought I went to get quotations from other id, it will be the same. So, I am waiting for gina call as the granite I choose is from USA...abit expensive...might ask Gina for china granite lah. How about you? HAPPY

Hi JASCH They on the ceiling lights on the 2nd level. That is why it look very bright. So I think you might ask the officer to have the common corridor light up during the day. HAPPY

Like Flooring (homo, paraquet, granite, etc) , toilet, grill, paint, kitchen, wardrobe, L box, false ceiling, features walls. How much is your id charge you? If you wont mind tell us the whole lump sum quotation? Hi MOON $30k+ is indeed on the high side for 4 room unit. I think you have to source for more quotation in order to know the range. Bear in mind...worksmanship and quality of work also very impt hor. HAPPY

I was at blk25b, took a few photos.... Then happened to meet my neighbours...went around...saw a 3 room flats almost nicely done. But then seem like tong hong has clinch lots of units over there. Other than that, very quite and peaceful...no touting uncles around.

Hey the fitness center is ready! Wow, ready nice to have a good workout there! This late afternoon, I sneaked in to Blk25b from Blk25a! Wow, I saw so many indian workers washing the floor! I went up to 2nd level and snap a few photos... 1) That is the main corridor. 2) After main corridor, this is another smaller corridor leading to each 2 individual units. 3) That is another side of the main corridor..the unit facing the main corridor is 5 room #118. Somewhere in the middle, you can turn in to your left and right to 4 room units. 4) That is another view from the main corridor, towards the other end is 4 room #108, 110, 126 & 124 5) Nice view from bottom to top.... 7) Blk25b lift.... I will post tomorrow a few more...

Wow 2k for lights are indeed very expensive especially without false ceiling and L box. Mine is the same as you, no FC and LB. Guess I have to set aside at least 2K for lights! !!

I think so. When you confirm and place deposit, then they will draw out for you. But some id will draw to let you see before confirm. It really depends on who is your id is.
