Hi XLAN I think what you see (your ugly carpentry) works is just half way thru'...just relaz and I am sure after 100% carpentry is done...it will be very beautiful. But so far seeing you post your kitchen cabinet looks fine for me lay. Nothing wrong. I have been to my neighbours unit, during reno and after reno...during reno...everything seem like very messy and dusty. After reno...wowla...it change!! It really changed! Have a good rest and enjoy the progress. HAPPY

Remember, look for hidden cost and view their units, not one unit but a few. Also, remember what materials they use.

Hi Elaine, No lah, I only worry that it might be a little bit cramp in the living room. This afternoon, went to my neighbour house, they put a round table...very big round table with big 4 chair. But they put their sofa at the other side of the wall. Means the round table is beside the tv feacture wall. I can visualised that your living room will have a very classy black theme. I only imagine lah.

I also have 3 kids...source for more than 10 id/contractors...ups and downs... I am sure you can do it! Not a overnite solution, it takes times to really shortlisted id/contractors.

I think shldn't be a problem if want to have under mount sink is have granite top. Top mounted will have dirt stuck inside the edge. I read somewhere that if want under mount sink, must choose sink that is abit thick. Hi SIMP I dont know whether is it behind the multi story car park lift??
