But I see so many fs shop display alot of things. Some items are really very expensive... Obvousily the fsm will ask you to buy from them after checking your house. That is what I dont want.

I thought that when FSM came and check your house...fsm will recommend things to buy right? And normally those things can get from his/her shop right? So YG...is it that your fsm charge you very high price for the painting? Btw...I am searching for fsm too. May I have the contact? How much your fsm charge you> Did you fsm visit your unit twice? I mean after renovation...he will come and double check the house arrangement?

Actually mine is granite tiles. Whole floor granite tiles, grill, kitchen cabinet, concrete support for basin n stove, granite top, kitchen cabinet full height storage, shower screen, vanity top, toilet cabinet (yet to confirmed), 2 benches (10 ft each), 2 wardrobes, 2 full height storage cabinet at the living room, one sitting block...I think that's about all. My cost ard $30k+++ I am still thinking what I should add especially I am in need of storage cabinet....

I also think so cos it is 99 yr old lease right? Not landed property.

I also dont know when cos' I still have not rec' any letter (most of my neighbours living blk25b already got theirs). And once get the key, within 1 week or 2 will start the renovation. My id already assured me that my house will be renovate after informing her. Oh...hahahaha....

Wow...you mean potential customers ask many questions and not yet sign up with your company and you feel piss off? Then in the very first place, you shld tell the potential customers : "You wanna confirm to let me renovate their house or not ? If not then dont waste my time." Then that will be better for both party isnt?

Actually I intend or rather make up my mind, to jog every weekend at the roof top garden. Dont need to jog at the road side...

I think better dont throw away if you dont want. In future, if sell to hdb, hdb will ask you where is the hanger??? Than got problem liao. Drill it at the common toilet.
