Hi JACKY & ALISTER Just to let you know something...I am not pouring cold water to you guys lah...just to share this piece of info around. May or may not be truth. I heard that some id/contractor dont even watn the last payment (10%) as touch up works require alot of time and works. Initially the 10% = 40% =40% payment already cover their cost and profits. eg) $50,000 renovation = last payment 10% = $5,000. Id/contractors rather dont want the $5k. Anyway, that is what I heard lah. Truth or not truth , you guys decide. ALISTER....please calm down. Now the ball is at your ID court. You have to press him hard to get moving. Good luck. HAPPY

When I on my air con...I usually place a cup of water on the table. Anyway...I am a funny guy as I couldnt sleep when air con is on....why? Running nose.... My nose is seneitive lah. That is why my wife told me no air con for our new house.

Hi SIMP I notice that also especially the top cabinet. Unable to put things at all. Without box up, will look very ugly. Even my neighbours also box up like yours. Top cabinet cannot serve any purposes at all. One question, what if, touch wood, the conceal pipe leak? Then we have to tear down the cabinet? Hi NEM....me go for practical approach...my wife will have to cook for kids one day in the future... So, there will be lots of cooking. If you seldom cook, then without concrete support will do. I am just thinking in long run.... As what I am doing, I only do for sink and stove concrete support. The rest is normal kitchen cabinet. HAPPY
