Hi BEAR That is the paper clock, green in colour, hmmmmmover the years...the paper clock become a bit yellowish liao.....still going strong dispite change of batteries many times over the past 10 yr plus....from ikea. HAPPY

What! $300? That is very expensive. I bought one living room clock make from paper, have been using it for almost 10 years liao..still in good condition. I bought it less than $5 from ikea! Until now...never change my living room clock. If you want to see, I can post the clock over here.

Is overlay kitchen tiles and bathroom expensive? Maybe I can ask my id about that. Cos' I remembered hearing that overlay kitchen tiles will make the kitchen floor higher than living room floor? I dont think so right? You are going for homo tiles and laminated floor for bedroom?

I think most of our JM forumers here forgot to ask the id/contractor to drill a hole for the metal gate. That is why it is easy to dismantle.

I love your master toilet...there is one wall that can put things.... I went there a few weeks ago with my id. And can say that your floor plan is squarish! Nice!

Hi SIMP Your ikea misc cost $1.9k...that is really expensive! Hey, I like your shelter rack. Is it expensive? I most likely will buy one, have been thinking whether to buy L shape or just I shape?? I also notice most of your storage are DIY. That really save alot man! My old house also got alot of DIY from ikea. Those long wooden shelves, book shelves...all from ikea too. HAPPY

Just a warming to you guys. Today was with my id as he show me more units under his belt. Then mentioned that recent break in by one of his completed unit. Hinges was actually saw off by the robbers!! So, for those who move in...double check your metal gate! Best Regards. HAPPY

Today afternoon I was with my id...he brought me to see 2 5room unit under renovation....then mentioned about the hinges...one unit gana robbed. He show me that the robber actually saw the hinges (one small gate joint together with the big gate) those 2 or 3 hinges was saw off. Once the hinges being saw off, the robbers can virtually lift up the main gate! And the robber actully forced the wooden door opened! Until the wooden door badly damaged. It that hinges you guys are referring to?? Any pic to show the new hinges?? Please?? HAPPY

How about around the area, put some pebbles stones around it and some artificial long leaf around the pillar to beautify it and install spot light? At least any crumpsy pple will not walk into it and knock it down.

Hi SIMP Notice you never do any base for your washing machine. Btw...what if you want to change your frigde? I mean buy a higher one? Cos notice your top cabinet is almost tourching the fridge. Your shoe canbinet is custom make? Good idea to use that recess space! HAPPY

Hi SIMP I think better write down all the items and give it to your id to rectify the problems. If you have not pay the last payment, hold it. Once release....will have problem asking your id to come down liao. HAPPY

last Sunday was there....took this pic...can see my mums unit....feel sleepy especially this kind of weather. Hi JACKY Yeah already pay up 1st installement....actually I did not follow the 10, 40, 40 10% lah... cos' need my id to take measurement before knowing the finalised quotation. Still waiting for keys..... So, probably will be early Feb or mid Feb liao! HAPPY
