Hi Everybody..thanks for your input on the instant heater and storage heater. If I go for the instant heater, then have to box up the pipes outside the kitchen wall. Did you notice that when you switch on the heater, did you go and look at the meter running? Whenever I switch on the instand heater, the meter run very fast? Kind of scary man!

Hi Mirage Yes, granite tiles. Commonly use. Cannot affrod to have expensive granite tiles. Initially want to go for compress stone but it is too expensive. (flooring cost around $21k). Way way way off my tight budget. No problem, you may drop by anytime of the day. But mine just started only. HAPPY

I think due to the uneven wall, the painting will look very patchie. If I am not wrong, when I see my wall, as if the wall got air inside! So, no matter how good the painter is, it will appear patchie.
