Just my 2cent...poh joo did sell toilet accessories (package) as there is a display set near their back door. I bought 1 set and after use it for more than 4 months, it started to rust. Yeah, the guy told me it wont rust. But it really started to rust. Go for chicken brand, it expensive but it worth it. I bought 1 and installed at my toilet wall next to the water heater. Unitl now, no rust! Value for money.

Thank you Mr Chong for your advise. Yes, due to the dark brown laminated display cabinet, it is abit dark especially when I walk towards my unit. My main foyer area is clear and clean without any objects place. I will buy battery operated long tube lights and switch during evening time. Thanks! Btw Mr Chong, any general advise? HAPPY

Yesterday I make another last desperate sms to her. Wola, she sms me back and will ask Tony to check my mum's place. Yesterday evening Tony came and will ask the man to come this friday. I wonder what excuses the man in charge will give. My son gana lock once, my sister also, my cousin twice. Definately it's faulty liao. Hope tomorrow they can change it.

Hello Everybody It's been 4 months my family and I moved in. And my mum's has totally overlooked the 2 bifold door as the ledge (middle portion) is not ok. Last weekend my cousin and her kids came. Twice her kids was locked inside and we have hard time pushing out after numerous try. My mum called Gina (no reply), I sms 3 times (no reply). Last week my mum called Gina in night to tell her the problem. She said will ask someone to check. Now...more than 1 week, no one come, no call, nothing..... Tell me what should I do? Btw, Gina phone 98533126. Even though she's very busy, at least sms back or pick up my mum's call right? I will wait for 1 to 2 days for Gina to reply. HAPPY

Hi Master Chong Need your valuable pointer. Inside my main foyer area, there is a display cabinet (top to bottom). And the cabinet is dark brown (laminate). Whenever I am outside of my house looking at my foyer area, it is abit dark. What should I do? Is it ok to leave it as it is? or Should I buy those potable light and switch it on in the evening and nite? (Usually I open my main door as it is windy and comfortable when I am in the living room. Hi HAI It really breaks my heart whenever I see my mums floor and also mine. But if never think of it, then life still lead as normal. If think of it and look at it, it really breaks my heart and anger. I do hope INT erase that sentences of 1 negative remark if you are still referring to TEA. If INT claim not fair for CD, then your remarks of 1 negative also not fair to TEA. Let's have a open minded and frank talks rather than lots of hidden agenda (good or bad) here and there.

My bill is $75. Nvr turn on the air con when I move in. Switch on 1 energy bulb in my living room. Sometimes when my kids study, then switch on the other. If not, majority of the time switch on 1 energy bulb. Off the standby mode and switch off when not in use (TV, radio). Washing machine: 1 to 2 times per week. Use private cooking gas. Boiler switch off. Pour into termel flask. Only fridge was on 24 hrs. Use less vacunmm. Also use less water.

1 thing I am really very pleased is when you have something you want to buy, give a call to gina and quote the ref. she will try her best to get the ref. product with the same price as you see in other shops.! She will not earn you a single commission. Even I ever asked Tony to buy something, he gave me the receipt. Never earn you anything and yet buy for you. That is the plus positive sign I can gave them. very Good for the services. I am sure CD customers will know this also. But I have been wondering whether cos of the peak period (in membina) that lots of units need to be hand over and their sub con was rushing thru that cause so much unpleasant things happen espcially granite tilers. I still cannot forgive the incident!

Hello INT Yeah, I remembered I bought my lights and after the delivery, Tony told me to engage my own light technician to install my lights. Something like when break, they have to buy for the owner. After which, claim from CD. As my lights was already at my house, I have to rush to engage someone to fix it for me. He should let me know before hand and not too near right? Anyway, he offer to install for me but I turned him down. I paid for the cost of installation and the gang switch too. And I am 100% satisfy with the technician, GOOD JOB (anyway, he's from another contractor which happen to renovation my cousin house at membina. Price wise is indeed good! They took almost 1 whole day to install!, 1 person light up the lights and the other person stand at the far corner to judge the aligement! Good!!!,Slow and steady). HAPPY Why I say 'contractor price'? Because my wife went to one shop and asked one salesperson why theere are 2 different prices?? The salesman told my wife that 1 is contractor price as contractor earn a certain amount of percentage. The other is the customer walk in price, which is much much lower. So, the choice is yours. Walk in or contractor price?

Yes dont ever go with your id/con. The price they (lighting) quote is contractor price. Contractor also earn commission. If not, recommed you for wat? That is 100% true. Evern you go alone, DONT EVER QUOTE or tell them you are recommended by your contractor/ID! You will be chop! I learnt the painful way. Despite getting all my money, I have to pay credit company admin charges of $60+!

Hi YG Life in membina good, normally I hang my shorts and children shorts outside. Only shirt use hanger, hang inside. My living room very windy especially when open the main door. These few days, dont need to switch on fan, virtually all power are off at night!! Save money lah. Bills up $75++!!!! HAPPY

Hello YG How's life in membine???? Yeah, that light shop: Prima Lighting. Was nearly get chop by the sale girls and the sale girl even ask me to pay full which I blur blur pay up. Suppose to pay deposit. Total cost both unit is $4k+!!! Then following day, went went to Prima Lighting as need to purchase some more, but went to another light house to check and horror! The price is double of what prima is charging! We called Gina/Tony and they managed to tell Prima boss to cancel all the cost! Of course with my sister help as she is very stern and I am not. HAPPY What to do? I pick id/con, they (mum n sis n wife) not happy with the reno, so I pay all loh to make them less hateful.

Yes, quarrel with my wife, mum and my sister..virtually everything during renovation. They are totally pissed off by them. And I am so guilty and bear all the responsibility (since I choose CD for my unit and my mum's unit). I paid all the cost for the mum/sis renovation. It was suppose to be a happy renovation, sweet and hard work memory but alias...things screw up during the tiling process. Real screw up! Now is coming to year end, my mum floor still patchy and grout line rough and cut leg feeling. Same as my house also! In the end, I burnt a hole in my pocket as I pay 2 units cost of renovation!

They do have quite a impressive design in membina. I dont know whether you have visited my house or not (probably you never especially with the condition of my floor tiles) as mine is very min renovation. As I said before, the tiles work killed us off! I am not blaming gina or CD but that tiler (Ah SENG) mess up everything with patchy here and there, Gina claimed the tiler got 20 over years of experiences......especially the comment he gave! I nearly punch him that day! Gina offered to change tiles (I am really happy for her afford and good services!) and actually I expected another granite tilers that is more experience than the 1st one. But horror, I saw the same tiler came and re-do some of the tiles! In the end, still the same, my mum finally snapped and told me off, STOP THE REDO and carry on the rest! Lots of quarrels between my sis, mum and my wife. I am indeed under lots of STRESS! Who knows? Nobody! If I ever meet Ah SENG that horror tiler, I might whack him upside down!
