hahaa...will tell him that tomorrow! Besides this hairline crack thing, i have another BIG headache....will need to hack my top kitchen cabinet and re-do it coz carpenter take wrong measurements! i even have to tip-toed to place my plates on the dish drainer... i told my id that i felt like i am leaving in GIANT land...coz i have to stretch myself. so stupid. now id discussing with carpenter on the costs involved to re-do the cabinet...i refuse to pay a single cent for the new one. they delay my handover and my stand is that they should bear the cost. sian! have to delay my moving in by another week.... h4happy - i probably will be at my new place tmr afternoon. if u are there, can drop by. will let you know the time again.

sigh...sigh....paid so much to get such kind of quality. worse still, we haben even move in! sianz... id still can tell me "dun worry, even if there are earthquakes, hdb flats will be the last to collapse!" our flats so sturdy meh?!

hi simpleboi and happy, thanks for your reply! i've spoken to my id, he will ask his ka kia to help me "catch the balance" of the ceiling fan again so that it will not be that shaky. good thing i checked with u all. happy, my house still under reno, carpentry progress super slow and some small issues. today the manager (of my id firm) came and took some photos, gg back to scold my id on the slow progress. my id currently enjoying holidays! and...i think the carpenters also on holiday mood loh! btw, happy, does mr. lai go to your house to take measurement for the shelf? is yours L-shape type?

Hi all, I am staying at Blk 25B. Would like to know if anyone of you has install ceiling fan? Does it shake when it's on? I feel mine is quite shaky even it is installed directly onto the ceiling and not the false ceiling. Quite worried it will drop anytime. please advice. thanks!

It cost about 800+ at Audio house with free utensils and 600+ at the aerogaz showroom. I can use 13 AMP plug so, dun have to re-wire my kitchen. Yeap, I know we need certain kind of pots and pans. I know that there are other established brands like brandt but it is costly, about 1099 and uses 15 AMP. I hope someone could share about their experience of using Aerogaz induction hob.

Hi Tension_z, Don't scare me leh ...i am using the same id as you and they are starting work on Monday. Promised me that the reno will take maximum 2 mths! id also brought me to lights and kitchen/bathroom accessories shops. lucky i din buy from the light shop he recommended, coz super ex! i bought at another shop in geylang and cost me half of what they offered! as for bathroom accessories, i was too tired to look around so bought the kitchen sink, tap, toilet roll holder, heater, mirror, rack below the mirror and rack for shampoo. i also blur blur, chose the towel rack which cost $178 for one! i think my hubby and i were under their "spell" and paid deposit for them. when we reached home, we "woke up" and realised our stupidity! so, i called and cancelled the order for the towel racks immediately the next day, heng, they let me cancel. in the end, i got the racks from ikea which cost me less than $20 for each! c'mon, they are just racks loh....why need one made in italy?! i kinda regretted buying from their "recommended" shop, coz i think i would have spend lesser if i source on my own, but hubby said, give them some "kopi" $$ since id drove us around and also he very nice person. btw, who is your designer from the co? mine start with "E".
