  2. THANK YOU! The Lazy Susan mechanism looks so sleek!
  3. Your TV looks very nice! Can PM me Dome's contact for me? I'll need someone to mount my TV for me too!
  4. I'm looking for the classic ceramic kind of apron front sink. I think Hafele have, but too big for my tiny kitchen
  5. You could put a little curtains on the window of your WIW, and you won't be disturbed by the light from the WIW.
  6. *small voice* Can I get a closer pics of your swivel tv console, especially the swivel joint itself. I want to see if I can get someone to do it for me too. Thank you!
  7. Almost there! Can't wait to see how your nest is going to turn out!
  8. I hope it isn't tiles, otherwise I'll have to stick some decals or something. Dun think I have the money to hack. Already thinking of doing decal for my bedroom door and also on the living room wall. any good custom decal company to intro?
  9. I'm also thinking of doing half backsplash, then can do painting on the space above
  10. Thank you!! How is it? Comfy? I am going to get it, but only next year, cos my place still building floors.
  11. your sink is the stainless steel kind? Mine is the ceramic, I think might exceed the weight. but I already intended to try. probably buy a few more things, so got better bargaining power.
  12. Sigh. Can't try it now, flat not even ready, no place to put the sink. But I have heard people who had success.
  13. I want an apron front sink, and the Amazon one with shipping costs more than USD$1k. I saw one that looked similar in Taobao, might go for that. Also very tempted to get a wooden bathtub from Taobao. It is indeed a black hole
  14. I love the chaise lounge! May I have the link for that?
  15. Hahahahaha... Lady here (okay, FEMALE). Nah, I think IKEA stuff is not exactly cheap, but the cheaper stuff are not so good. I am also debating between Taobao and Singapore shop. I think someone else had said, for things that not many people will see closely, can get from TB, but for things that require daily contact, ie, bed, tables and sofa, might be better to get from somewhere where you can touch and see and feel. I am seriously thinking about doing just the basic renovation, other than hacking a wall, and no custom carpentry, and do some of the bookshelves myself. The kitchen might use IKEA kitchen cabinets, since I don't really have much kitchen space anyway. I love the idea of a kitchen island, but it'll be super tiny and very small walking space if I do. Have a few ideas to make it work. I think that is the fun thing about our tiny spaces, it forces us to think creatively.
  16. My current loft bed is from IKEA. I bought it from their as-is side (that mean it used to be a display piece), and have been using it for nearly 12 years. Still very good. I think, the solid wood furniture there is okay, just don't get too much MDF/compressed wood ones. They 'decompressed' after many years, due to our humidity and heat.
  17. Your place looks very nice~! The bookshelf from Scantek is very nice! I jelly leh! Can't wait to see the whole place, after you've moved in and decorated it.
  18. So cute!!!!! Love your hello kitty room! Hmmm... 60cm for walkway between chest of drawer and wardrobe. probably will need your feedback after everything is furnished and you lived in there for a few month before you can decide the space is okay?
  19. Just wanted to check, which roadshow did you go to for the eubiq? I went to the website, and they said since Oct 2014, they are not going to do direct sales.
