Hi All, I'm new here in this forum. I gonna collect my key end of this Nov for my new BTO 4 room flat. Recently received quotation from one ID and reviewed that one item: pre-packed screed for 3 bedroom + living hall quoted at $3000. Not sure whether is reasonable? Can anyone advise? Thanks
